Delivery Information

We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only.

Plain (Undecorated) Garments

Standard delivery on plain stock garments is typically 2–4 working days from dispatch. Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.

Decorated Garments

Garments requiring embroidery, printing, or other decoration have a production lead time before dispatch. Typical turnaround is 5–10 working days from artwork approval, depending on decoration method and order size. We will confirm your estimated dispatch date once your order is placed.

Delivery Charges

All prices on this website are shown excluding VAT, and the delivery threshold below is applied to the order value excluding VAT.

• Free delivery on orders of £95 or more excluding VAT
• £5.99 on orders under £95 excluding VAT

The charge that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been collected by our courier.

Delays

Delivery timescales are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us and we will chase it.
