Do you have a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order for plain (undecorated) garments. Decorated orders may have minimums depending on the decoration method — contact us for details.

Can I order samples before committing to a large order?

Yes. You can order individual items at the standard price to check sizing and quality before placing a bulk order.

Decoration

What formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf with embedded fonts) and high-resolution raster files (300dpi+). We can work with most formats — if you're unsure, just send us what you have and we'll advise.

How long does decoration take?

Typical turnaround is 5–10 working days from artwork approval. Rush orders may be possible — contact us to discuss.

Sizing

How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide specific to that garment. If you need further advice, please contact us — sizing can vary significantly between brands and styles.
