Returns & Exchanges
If something isn't right with your order, contact us and we'll put it right. Please quote your order number in any correspondence.
Plain (Undecorated) Garments
We accept returns on plain, unworn, unwashed garments within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- In a resalable condition, in the original packaging where possible
Contact us before sending anything back. We'll issue a returns reference and confirm the address, so we can match your parcel to your order when it arrives.
Decorated Garments
Garments that have been embroidered, printed, or otherwise decorated to your specification are non-returnable unless they are faulty or we have made an error. Decoration begins once your artwork and order details are approved, and cannot be undone. Please check size guides carefully before ordering decorated items, and order a sample first if you are unsure of sizing.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item, or one that has been decorated incorrectly, tell us as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange collection and either replace the item or issue a full refund including the original delivery cost.
Manufacturing defects are resolved by us directly. Damage arising from wear, washing, or misuse is not a manufacturing defect and will be referred to the manufacturer for assessment where appropriate.
Return Postage
Return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Original delivery charges are non-refundable on discretionary returns.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further few days to show the credit.
